DELETING YOUR SAFE MOBILITY ACCOUNT

We deeply regret that you wish to stop traveling with us…

To deactivate your account, it is necessary to have no outstanding balances within the application. Once you confirm that there are no outstanding balances, you must send an email to info@safemobility.mx explaining the reason for wanting to delete your account and attach the following information in the body of the email:

  • Copy of your official identification

  • Username

  • Phone number associated with your SAFE Mobility account

  • Email address linked to your SAFE Mobility account

After submitting your request with all the required documentation by email, your account will be disconnected within 5 days and then permanently deleted after 30 days. Any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be removed. If you log into your account during this period, it will be restored.

In accordance with our Privacy Notice, please be aware that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law.
